The Atlanta Falcons suffered their second let-down season in a row in 2014, finishing 6-10 and missing the playoffs. That 13-3 year back in 2012, when they looked like serious contenders, feels further away than ever.
They have to get some energy and talent on this team to step things up a notch. The division as a whole wasn’t good last year, so a few improvements may be all the Falcons need to take control of it.
They still have a nucleus of talent in Matt Ryan, Julio Jones and Roddy White, after all, but they need a bit more around it.
